Appointments & Consultations

For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits to Surface Aesthetics are by appointment only. When you book your appointment we collect a $50 fee to hold your appointment.

To schedule an appointment, please call 207-573-3110 or email us at INQUIRIES@SurfaceMedicalSpa.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in any way possible, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please be sure to let us know the best way to reach you. Your appointment time has been carefully defined to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs. For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes.

At Surface Aesthetics, we value both your time and ours, and strive to provide each client with the full attention and quality service they deserve. To help us stay on schedule and provide the best possible experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service in the remaining time. In such cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Please note that late arrivals may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeit of your deposit, depending on the service and time lost.
